Hi, my name is Tneal, I am the owner of Nurtured Living, an Integrative Health Coaching business, located in the Illawarra on the South Coast of NSW, Australia. I am a wife, a Mum to three young children, a child of God and follower of Jesus. As a certified Institute for Integrative Nutrition® Health Coach, I am passionate about health and wellness; allergy-free cooking and educating others about holistic living.
With the help of my husband Daniel (http://www.saltmedia.net) and my wonderful children, we are now producing a range of videos called ‘Cooking with Kids’. The aim of these videos is to educate and inspire women and their families to get into the kitchen and cook and eat healthy meals together. Health and wellness involves so many different factors! It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other elements present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and an understanding of who we are spiritually, are essential forms of nourishment. It’s easy in this busy world, to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. We all need nurturing no matter what our age, young or old!
As an Integrative Health Coach, I listen carefully and provide the time and space for client’s to be able to think through their main health concerns and priorities. I don’t dictate a particular diet, but instead work together with client’s to explore why some foods make them feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. We are all unique individuals, with different lifestyles, dietary needs and ancestral backgrounds. As the saying goes, ‘one person’s food is another person’s poison.’
I coach women, children and families on how to cook and eat healthy, whole foods, so that they have more energy to live a nurtured and fulfilled life. I seek to help you:
