I offer 4-month group health coaching programs for groups of 4 – 6 like-minded individuals, with the aim to teach, empower and support them on their health journey. The benefit of the group program is that client’s can learn and travel alongside other individuals with similar goals, at a reduced rate in comparison with the Individual Health Coaching Program.
The 4-month Group Health Coaching program for Women includes:
• 2x one hour group coaching sessions each month for 4 months (total of 8 sessions), which will include group discussions on nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness topics along with recommendations.
• A variety of handouts, recipes, food samples and other materials.
• Email support throughout the 4-month program.
• A health related book or cookbook. Examples of books include books by Dr. Libby Weaver – Accidently Overweight, The Rushing Women’s Syndrome or The Invisible Load. Or That Sugar Guide by Damon and Zoe Gameau.
Topics and discussions may include: healthy eating; sugar and cravings; food and mood; relationships, nurturing yourself and rest; digestion; gut health; listening to your own body – foods that make you feel good and foods that don’t; bio-individuality; being healthy on-the-go; fun with cooking; career and lifestyle; exercise and spirituality and faith.
