A 6-month program which involves one-to-one personalised Integrative Health Coaching online, with the aim to empower and support individuals on their health journey.
As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you.
Together we will:
- Work out your body’s unique needs
- Set your personal goals
- Work together towards sustainable and realistic change.
What you get:
- Fortnightly 50-minute appointments over 6 months (total of 12 appointments).
- A discussion of your progress, recommendations and a full set of notes at the end.
- Email support between sessions.
- Handouts specific to your needs and goals (emailed to you).
- A variety of simple healthy recipes.
- A health related book or cookbook that relates to your goals.
Examples of books include books by Dr. Libby Weaver – Accidently Overweight, The Rushing Women’s Syndrome or The Invisible Load. Or That Sugar Guide by Damon and Zoe Gameau.
For those who can’t commit to a 6-month program, but would like to get a taste for what health coaching can offer, I also offer shorter 3-month programs.
